1. Delivery methods and times
Orders are shipped within 24/48 business hours. Delivery then takes place according to the following timeframes:
Delivery in France:
- GLS Relay : Delivery in 1 to 2 working days.
- GLS Home Delivery : Home delivery in 1 to 2 working days.
Delivery in Europe:
- GLS Home Delivery : Home delivery in 3 to 4 working days.
A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the shipment is dispatched.
2. Delivery costs
Delivery costs are calculated based on the chosen delivery method and are displayed before you confirm your order.
3. Returns
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any item that does not suit you.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with their tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is ours.
- Returns must be made via the return form available in your customer area.
4. Reimbursement
Once the package has been received and checked, we will process the refund within 5 to 7 business days to the payment method used for the purchase.
