1. Site presentation
The website Les sales voleurs (hereinafter "the Site") is an online sales platform specializing in the sale of second-hand clothing. The Site offers carefully selected items, offered for sale according to a weekly tiered pricing system. Any order placed on the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
2. Pricing of items
- Week 1: "Week 1" category – €19.85
- Week 2: "Week 2" category – €9.85
- Week 3: "Week 3" category – €6.85
- Week 4: "Week 4" category – €3.85
- Week 5: "Week 5" category – €0.95
After 5 weeks, the items are removed from sale or archived.
3. Order
The customer can order up to a maximum of 40 items per basket. Any order exceeding this limit will not be validated.
4. Delivery

Orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are shipped within 48 working hours following payment confirmation.

5. Return Policy
The customer has 14 business days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Items must be returned in their original condition to:

6. Product Ownership
The items are second-hand, but meet strict quality standards. The customer acknowledges that the products are not new. Photos are for illustrative purposes only.
7. Payment
Full payment at the time of order by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or other available secure methods.
8. Responsibility
The liability of these thieves is limited to the amount of the order. They cannot be held responsible for indirect damages.
9. Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions may be modified at any time without prior notice. The applicable terms and conditions are those in effect at the time of the order.
10. Applicable Law and Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the competent court will be seized.
