How to take your measurements

Chest Place the tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, without pulling too tight.
Waist Measure the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above the navel.
Hips Place the tape measure around the widest part of your hips and buttocks.

If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
